The Board has approved the 2023-2024 Budget. The dues will increase to $150.00 per month; however, the Board is offsetting the dues for homeowners with excess funds in the operating account. The amount Homeowners will be paying per month from February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024 will be $143.00. Please look for the budget package in the mail.
